DeepSEA toolbars

I pressed the small number next to the quick function toolbars and now I only have the one for the basic on the top. How do I get the menus on the side and the one below the File-Edit-etc back?

Hit the 'Pause' button.
Then click 'Display Toolbar 1', 'Display Toolbar 2', ' 'Display Toolbar 3', ' 'Display Toolbar 4'

Go to options then "toolbar display & dialogue" then set it up how you want.
