Anyway to slow Conveyor belts in Boom?

Ok well I got a working conveyor belt but the problem is it is moving WAY to fast.. is there any way to make it go slower?

Make the line controlling it shorter.

Be sure to look up what all the scroll types can do!

And with using fake player avatars (voodoo dolls), which appear from duplicate player 1 starts, combined with the scrollers, you can make even in Boom a scripting that rivals the written ones.

I recommend reading boomref.txt very thoroughly. Boom is actually capable of far more than you'd expect - as long as you apply its specials carefully and correctly, and as long as you're able to use its abilities in clever combination.

Learn to do this too. Conveyor belts are the Boom editor's ultimate weapon.
