Doom Trooper Posted December 27, 2017 The final level of Knee-Deep in the Dead could be based upon a real place on Phobos? The moon actually douse have such a place on it, but it's more of a monolith that points to the stars or other celestial object and could be an alien structure because I don't think man put it there and douse't appear to be a natural feature? What do you think? 0 Share this post Link to post
ETTiNGRiNDER Posted December 27, 2017 Are you sure that's not just an illusion of the shadows like the notorious "face on Mars"? 0 Share this post Link to post
Tristan Posted December 27, 2017 The monolith was discovered in 1998, so it couldn't have inspired anything in Doom. Monoliths do occur naturally too (Uluru; Gibraltar, etc) 1 Share this post Link to post
insertwackynamehere Posted December 27, 2017 The real question is did Doomguy die at the end of E1 (spoilers) (ducks flames) 0 Share this post Link to post
