Seems kind of pointless to me...

My question about joined sectors, hopefully a simple one. How to un-join a sector, making it singular again? I've been running line defs around sectors I want to stand alone up until now, but its timing consuming if there are loads of vectors.

If you can't read tutorials, follow any of the mountains of advice already provided (I'm astonished how much people are willing to help here), or capable of self-learning; you're screwed.

In my opinion it shouldn't be dissimilar to Quake. You fall in that lava - you are screwed, son. Go swimming around in it looking for a secret if you want to risk burning your ass, see if I care. Map I'm working on some pits have tele's, some don't. Be more careful where you step. *Edit: I'll hit you with the full 20% too. It's lava for goodness sake, melt.

I was going to say, upload/post it so we can take a look. It could be a joined sector issue, if you run your cursor over the sector it'd light up other sectors joined to it. Upload to mediafire.

Anyone else getting the infamous KERNAL SECURITY CHECK blue screen of death? tied to NVidia drivers being incompatible with Windows 10. The amount of times it has eradicated the doom map I'd been working on is starting to irritate me...

Absolutely. It's more about capturing the 'live performance spirit' in the recordings, as opposed to having a crystal clear, washed out tone which doesn't sound unique. Ahhh that's unfortunate haha, at least you have Maryland Deathfest! Fuck knows why or how that event keeps happening there.

Do you get into Order From Chaos? Keller/Millers previous band with Pete Helmkamp (Revenge, Angelcorpse, Kerasphorus etc) I always found AK to be utterly sub-par next to OFC. Millers drumming has always been on point however. If you haven't heard, check out An Ending in Fire or Stillbirth Machine. Arghoslent = party riffs
