  Also, Anchorman wasnt bad until the end when they just HAD to make that anti-Bush comment. Yea, real classy. So now I think the movie sucks 100% because my entire experience was ruined!

  If I remember correctly, they never actually said he was a political advisor for President Bush, only for the White House. The movie didn't happen in present day, so it could be any of the presidents from 1970 until now.
