OP’s argument is pretty robust. A tuna salad sandwich is tuna salad between 2 pieces of bread.

For discussions like this, I personally subscribe to the cube rule of food, shown above. As marked by #2, a sandwich is distinct from a salad. If there was a bread bowl or wrap encasing all but the top, then the salad would fit into #5. Otherwise, I consider salad to be in the same category as soup and cereal.

That’s a cool idea! I would also love to see blood get a proper sequel. Maybe it could have gameplay reminiscent of Doom 2016/Eternal and have the pitchfork be tied to sone kind of traversal mechanic? I would love to see the sequel go hard with spooky/gothic environments. A Blood movie could also be cool. I would imagine it to be animated with claymation.

For me, it’s got to be apex legends. I don’t think it’s particularly bad, but I’m just not a fan of battle royales and this game feels painfully mid. I would much rather play titanfall 2 especially now that the servers are fixed and some new game modes have been added.

1) I think the superhero movie genre is going downhill faster. I believe the halo/cod style cover shooters of the early 2000s are for the most part dead and Fortnite/apex style battle royale games are currently popular, though they seem to be dying. However, in the time span that cover shooters got popular and died then battle royales got popular, superhero movies stayed mainstream and I believe they are about to fall a lot harder. 2) Definitely superhero movies. Again, superhero movies stuck with the same formula whereas different sub genres of shooters rose and fell in popularity. 3) I don’t think one became more paint by numbers than the other. Both genres are stale and I’m happy to see them both die out. 4) I’m more fatigued with superhero movies by far. I feel like they’ve been in the mainstream for way too long. I will be genuinely happy to see Disney in particular eventually abandon their current IPs and come up with something new. 5) Again, superhero movies. While the MCU has been dominating theaters, fps games have been evolving and changing, even in the AAA sector. 6-8) I’ve never met fans of either genre that are particularly toxic or elitist. But, I’m not on social media, so that doesn’t mean much. On a random side tangent, I’ve never been much of a marvel fan, but I used to be a HUGE Star Wars fan and I still enjoy some SW to an extent. I feel like Disney has turned SW into a second MCU, trying to make this whole interconnected universe and treating Jedi like superheroes. And it has not worked at all. It kinda annoys me that SW is now essentially a superhero series. I could keep going, but I don’t think this is the place. Overall, it looks to me like fps games have had far more innovation and change than superhero movies have. In the time span that Disney has been pumping out formulaic marvel (and SW) content, we’ve seen several shifts in the fps space; from cover shooters to battle royales to the rise in indie boom shoots.

Gameplay - Blood with Doom as a close second. Story - I would put Half Life but I haven’t actually played it yet. Powerslave Exhumed has a cool backstory and theme. Soundtrack - Quake II’s soundtrack goes pretty hard.

10/10 I don’t stand a chance against the look of absolute determination and focus on that face.

2/10 could punt across the yard like a football.

Is there any way to get doom II rpg on modern day iOS? I found the Apple Store listing, but the download button was grayed out. Is there another way to get it on a modern iPhone? thanks!
