what is wrong with my doom?

Yeah i fucked up, they work on an older version of GZ

what is wrong with my doom?

they launch, but usually have a fatal error that makes them unplayable. I've uploaded some footage here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNPSM7V6q_oh2AuOdVpDerw

what is wrong with my doom?

ZDL or GZdoom or whatever has been doing this bullshit where WADs and mods that have worked perfectly for years just stop working BUT ONLY SPECIFICALLY with doom 1 and 2, I booted one of them up on chex quest for a laugh and it worked like a charm! After that I checked the rest, and yeah. Heretic, Hexen, Strife, each working perfectly, but not either doom game! I reinstalled Doom 1 and 2, ZDL, the mods themselves, GZDoom, tried using older and newer versions, nothing please help, a doom fan cannot live off of Chex alone. If you need logs of each error I'll leave them on request, but they'll take long to catalogue, as there's so so many. what's weirdest to me is that these mods USED to work, but now they suddenly DON'T.
  4. I needa know, how much effort is really getting put into this gimmick? What does your (internet) life look like outside of Doom? How many plushies are there in your room? What's on your playlist, does girliness mean listening to boring chart music too? Dabble in nail-painting, maybe?

I don't mean to confront or offend, I am just intensely curious. The whole persona doesn't start and end with a Doomworld account does it? Which already seems like a massive juxtaposition as it is, but there's no reason you can't enjoy and try to combine two different hobbies which might be slightly at odds. How much is there that we're not seeing?

      Desperately girly

the sims and animal crossing are occasional interests of mine, as for my plushes they're just sorta cute lil guys.

I suppose your guess of what I define as femininity is at least partially correct, but beyond what you said I'm not exactly sure.

My identity is basically... have you ever been to that store where the gimmick is that it's girly and the front is filled with tons of glitter and pink and then there's a section in the back that's supposed to be "for your brother" that looks like a hot topic?

that's my identity in a nutshell.

      houston

RC truck toys (pink) stored in the corner, hell yeah

Will be interesting to see how you girlify your other hobbies I guess. Planning on posting more about non-Doom stuff on this forum, or I guess will that be in other corners of the internet?

Ominous femininity! I'll check it out! Verdict: ah yes, lighter simulator 2070.

    Girly WADs?

Thx! I'm 100% full gender cliché lol. final verdict on mod: I like it! Reminds me of a zelda fairy temple under siege, the weapon sprite reused from heretic was a nice touch.

    Girly WADs?

I have a strange deficiency in which I require myself to interact with 50'000 girly things a day, unluckily I really like doom. I'm looking for some traditionally girly doom WADs, coombait is fine but not preferred. Yes I have played La Tailor Girl, please do not recommend it.
