Red, Dead, & Ready

Introducing Red, Dead, & Ready, the first in my vanilla hell-themed series of maps rife with challenge. Although very short, this map is quite brutal. Hell-themed maps are quite common in terms of custom maps, with some deviating from the bog-standard hellfire and brimstone, but this series intends to act as a follow-up to the previous tech-base series. Saves are recommended.

 

Around 4 Days
Typical Playtime: 3 - 5 Minutes

Tested on DSDA 0.27.5. No problems, so far.

 

Had fun, felt like SIGIL, cyberdemon included :') .

Not sure which IWAD is required but it does not work with DOOM2 IWAD and GZDoom.

@Quin, challange accepted. Completed in combination with of untested port, the latest version of GZDoom, which is 4.11.3a, on "Nightmare" difficulty and without saves. Time - 4:22.

Such a great map! The screenshots caught my attention but I forgot to try it. Nice detailing all around. I like the new combination textures. The mood is perfect, gloomy and mysterious. Well done!
