Doom 3 commands?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of the Doom 3 console commands? Or at least some of the common ones?

I would like to know what commands to use also. I have the following but it doesn't help or they don't work. I need the key stroks that make these commands work:
CLTR - ALT - ` Opens the console
(Hit the tilde key while holding the CLTR and ALT keys) - CTRL-ALT-TILDE (~) key.
console open = ~ via com_allowConsole 1 or com_showfps 1 or set com_drawFPS 1
console open - CTRL+ALT+ `
Once the console is open, type in the following commands. Some only work within an active game.
benchmark - benchmarks your system with different sizes of screen
doomhell = Skip all levels to last
freeze = Freeze all on screen
gfxinfo = Graphicscard infomation
noclip = No Clip
com_drawfps 1 = Show FPS
sizedown - decreases the size of the screen
sizeup - increases the size of the screen
map mapname - Opens a map named mapname
bind - binds commands to key
recorddemo - closes the console and starts recording until you die, send a stoprecording command, or quit. It defaults to \Doom 3\base\demos and names it subsequently demo000.demo
stoprecording - stop the recording of a demo
timedemo demoname - run a demo for a benchmark
playdemo demoname - play a recorded demo
avidemo - saves a demo as an avi
god - God Mode
screenshot - Records a screenshot and places it in the screenshot directory
notarget - most Enemies can not see you
noclip - Toggles clipping on and off
give doom95 = Load the '95 version of Doom
give all - Gives all weapons and ammo
give weapon_chainsaw - Chainsaw
give weapon_rocketlauncher - Rocket Launcher
give weapon_machinegun - Machinegun
give weapon_shotgun - Shotgun
give weapon_plasmagun - Plasmagun
give weapon_bfg - BFG
give ammo - gives max ammo for all weapons
give keys = Acquire all the keys you'll ever need
status = Your game status
testlight - Increases the light in the room
gfxinfo - Displays info on your graphics card
weapon splat -does nothing
quit - Exits
exit - Quits
listCmds or listCvars - complete list, with descriptions.
