Rorix Posted September 7, 2009 I have just completed my first serious map for GzDoom. Unfortunately, it only runs in GzDoom. Legacy has some display and scripting issues. Feel free to try other source ports to see if they work. I have tested the map myself, but I would appreciate some help with playtesting (I'm not all that good). Some opinions on my mapping ability would also be welcome. Nomad Posted September 8, 2009 I'm actually pretty impressed. This was a pretty good, creative map. Rorix Posted September 8, 2009 Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I've (finally) fixed the crash problem that can occur when the pinkies teleport in. I tried several times to get the game to crash and it wouldn't. My solution was to have half of the demons teleport in six seconds after the first half. For some reason this fixed the problem. Any thoughts on this? I was thinking that the map might make a good deathmatch level myself. Both of the secret areas on the map will open up the map a little more, reducing the number of areas with only one entrance. I haven't included any deathmatch starts or extra items in multiplayer though, feel free to modify the map for deathmatch if you would like to. 0 Share this post Link to post
