I tried to depict an episode of J.R.R. Tolkien's masterpiece, The Lord of The Rings (if you still haven't read it, do it NOW!). See the Background section for related extracts of the book.
So, what is it all about? Gandalf and his friends are on their way east. Their last resort to cross the mountains is to get through The Moria, city of Dwarves. Unfortunately, it has now become a dark and dangerous underground labyrinth. The east door is not very far now, but an oppressive feeling is growing... Will our fellows reach the valley of the Anduin river?

By Dari · PostedI'm not usually a fan of slaughterwads (maybe I'm being too harsh, but the slaughter label does def apply to some of the maps), but I set that aside for this wad. Sure, some parts are cheap and the later levels could use a bit more spice, but it's still a mostly enjoyable experience throughout. -
