Hello, This is Spooky Scary Skeletons the mod that is nothing more than a weird, spooky, scary, and is a shitpost
I made this from pure boredom and from listening to Andrew Gold's Spooky Scary Skeletons song.
Credits are in readme.txt.

PS: Make sure you are using the LATEST build of GZDoom (LZDoom works but you may experience some bugs)
The following source ports DO NOT work with this mod are as follows...
-Zandronum
-Skulltag
-ZDoom
-DosBox of course

I hope you enjoy this mod, even with my minimal level design skills :)

EDIT: There aren't much screenshots because I'm both lazy and don't want to spoil this mod too much
EDIT 2: I forgot to mention that this mod uses dynamic lights, I would recommend that dynamic lights are turned on for best experience ;)

Hey there, looks like it's your lucky day as I felt like making a quick stupid video and I was morbidly curious about this.  I also like spooky skeletons.  Therefore, against my better judgement...

 

 

So yeah, that's probably more feedback than this deserved honestly, like you said this was a shitpost with shitty jokes so that's what I was expecting and I wasn't disappointed.  Some funny/ weird moments, I like some of the Realm 667 stuff, but for the most part it's terrible... which is the point, so good job?  When you say playtest, I assume you meant playtested to make sure it was bad enough.  In that it was a roaring success.  Honestly, the skeleton hoard would have been fun to deal with if you gave me enough ammo, but I had to no clip.  Also, in the H-Doom room (yes) I honestly thought I was looking at a dog penis since I was sort of trying to avert my eyes, and I don't really know what those look like.  Later I realized it's probably a hand pointing a finger at a very awkward angle that sort of looks like a penis.  Tbh I was pretty upset about that until I realized the truth, so I am no longer mad at you. :-)

Hey I just looked at this again and hope I wasn't too critical lol, I know it's a shitpost but it was still funny to check out.  Honestly it was the fact that I thought I was looking at a dog dick that kind of made me legit upset for a bit until I reviewed the footage and realized it was just pointing at me lol.  It did get me to learn how to blur stuff out in davinci resolve at least. 😂  I removed part of my title to make it less savage, hope you make some legit maps in the future, just perhaps with less railgun revenants hah.. I'm partial to the naked punching revenants though.

Just saw a gameplay video made by @sandwedge.

 

Surprisingly, but the map is not bad at all! There are a lot of good mapping and scripting features, it seems to fun to play (this is extremely important), so, nice job!

Congrats on releasing your WAD to the public. I remember you submitted the first one for one of Br0leg's WAD contests (which explains some of the jokes in the WAD). I saw yours in one of his highlight videos for the contest.

Oh I see, disregard everything I said. The WAD is still good, even with the jokes from the wad in the video.
