Rain

Is it possible to make some kind of rain effect in gzdoom builder or through some other program? Or use a custom effect? (If that possible)

look at Armadosia map30. pretty sure there is rain there (you can see it out the windows in the first section of the map).

This is what I use when I want rain effects. Although I had to make the raindrop sprites larger and change it to spawn more frequently for it to be noticeable.
