3D floors

How do you make 3D floors, like a bridge or something?

That depends on what port you are making the floor in. GZdoom, Risen3d and Vavoom all do 3dfloors.

Then its not going to happen. Your limited to k2 bridges in zdoom. K2: http://www.zdoom.org/zdkb/kk1.html (keeping in mind how old that tutorial is. Zdoom now makes use of bridge things, so you don't have to make your own.)

ZDoom has limited support for stacked sectors, or you can use some clever tricks to fake 3D, like this or this

Otherwise use Legacy, Remood, GZdoom, Risen3d or Vavoom.

If you're willing to use GZDoom, you may find this useful. Here is a little example wad that i made a while ago when practicing this trick. This wad demonstrates how to place things on the bridge and how to make stacked 3d floors. (Note that the pillars below the bridge are purely ornamental, nobody would believe that a long bridge could do without pillars).
