Very inconsistent everywhere you look, from the overall feel of the megawad, to each individual level. The balance is all over the place, leading to levels having uber-easy regions mixed with insanely challenging, trial-and-error ambushes. The exploration is very hit and miss, mostly leaning towards miss. A couple of interesting places, but the wad just isn't that fun, even for those who have a high tolerance for old wads like me.

A little difficult to get into in the first couple of levels. However, gamemplay gets more innovative as time goes on. Often certain levels will have themes that are both unique and challenging.

Overall I enjoyed this. My only complaint (which is really a totally subjective gripe) is the use of community monsters. They break the immersion for me. Thankfully though, the level design is dense, and this megawad has lots to do. Moments remind me of eternal crossed with hell awakened.

The game just felt like you were sinking further and further into madness. A+

A 59mb wad stuffed into 2 unneccesary folders for no good reason. Plays alright though
