Just your average wad from 94 with the aforementioned monsters problem being stuck in walls etc, I saw 2 Spectres quite literally hovering above ground stuck to each other between walls and a stationary Cacodemon stuck in a wall on HMP. The architecture is not the worst in 94 standards but doesnt hold up even the slightest today, also too easy 0/5

This is the only level in the database with the word cunt in the description, perhaps because it is a less offensive word in Britain than in America, where the majority of levels are designed. It is a poor level, with a sloppy layout. You have to find several unmarked secret doors to continue; many of the monsters on UV are stuck in walls or on top of each other. There is one attractive piece of sector lighting. Overall this is representative of British society in general. It is slipshod and insincere.

This is like the Amalgoom project 20 years before it ever came to be. Amazing little map.

A fun idea, a fun execution, and even more fun gameplay. Wonderful. A must play.

Great WAD, solidly nails that fantasy castle crawling feeling, not too rough on the player nor overly stingy/generous on supplies, encourages good use of items, plenty of navigation and switch puzzles as is apt for Heretic, but also lets loose with a little slaughter.   Some areas could use slightly brighter lighting, and sometimes the next switch or door isn't signalled too well, but overall a fun and feisty fantasy fight fest.

These levels are short, sweet, and pack a lot of punch. Complete with a humorous end-text-screen containing a healthy dose of silly shock-humor, this is a masterful triumph of Heretic map-making, and most certainly a must-play wad.
