  1. I hate to be a buzz kill, but it looks like you simply re-used my Map03 submission for the NDCP community project, precisely starting at 3:12 in your first video, as seen here: http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/index.php?id=14102 If you're going to re-use my level, at least acknowledge it in the credits. Passing off someone else's work as your own is not advised.
  2. This looks very promising. I'll be following this for sure.
  3. I'll be up for some quake night. I can even help host a small server if need be (6-8 players)
  4. Wow, this looks truly incredible. I don't remember the last time I got amped for a .wad release.
  5. Yeah, I gotta admit that would look pretty good as a wallpaper sans the advertising.
  6. One of my favorite aspects of Doom is how relatively abstract most of the levels are. I would say that 95% of most maps, including PWADS, are made of complete imagination and don't actually resemble anything realistic. Sure, you have generic tech bases and hell environments, but none of them can be called realistic by any stretch, which gives Doom it's charm - imagination.
  7. Wow, this is very cool. Nice work.. can't wait to try it out.
  8. Don't forget darkreaver, he heard it too :P
  9. This is what it is. My mistake.
  10. I definitely heard it, although its not at the time suggested by the OP. It happens precisely at 2:59 - sounds like the idle grunting noise of a zombie man.
  11. This is awesome. I'll definitely need to buy this for the new episode - it looks great in some of the screens I've looked at. Now only if they'd port Quake 1 to XBLA... that would be awesome.
  12. Oh man. Best wishes for Tom's recovery.
  13. Very nice map, I enjoyed it. I sometimes forget how cool Doom 1 maps can be, especially with all of the e1 textures/flats and the original monster gameplay. Well done!
  14. Forgot to ask, is there co-op?
  15. Looks interesting. I really like contrasting texturing techniques, which it appears you've done.
