Hexen style crypt with Doom and Realm667 monsters to kill and secrets to discover.

This map started as a wrap around the song that I planned to use for some time now. As the music comes from a Fantasy Dungeon Crawler RPG game "Lands of Lore" I decided to go with the Hexen theme for this map. Texture pack provided by Realm667 has proved to be very helpful in acomplishing this task.

The other thing that I wanted to reuse was the Vulcan Cannon sprites that I have already used in my somewhat primitive Terminator WAD. This time it is even more powerful and even more noisy.

The usual "Gloomy-Why-We-Have-To-Kill-Everyone" story has been provided in the section below.

So, go play this not too long but also not quite short map and have fun.

A great level. The atmosphere was awesome, and the fights were also pretty good. Didn't really care for the last fight, but overall still a 5 because it rocked! - DeathevokatioN

I REALLY like how this dude makes an honest, serious attempt at discussion with valid arguments (#377/bottom page 2), yet nobody even cares to respond, because they're all too busy stroking their egos. It's sad actually, because this small minded bullshit "my port is better than your port!!1" isn't doing the DOOM community any good. That's for sure.

Love this map, don't care those stupid shit happens. It's a ZDooM wad, so what?! It's fun for me, I love it, that's it. Well, a little hard maybe but I don't think that's the problem. 5/5 -playerlin

the level looks quite nice and the first two thirds have decent enough gameplay despite questionable custom monster picks and their uninventive placement. then comes truly mindless minigun wankery (no, it's not cool, as the author believes it to be) and an unfair boss fight that feels gratuitous and just tacked on. that's three stars minus one for poor judgement. - dew

Not only were the realm667 monsters used, they were bad choices and were placed poorly in the map. The map itself left some fun to be desired as well.

I thought it was OK. The only things I didn't like were the lighting (a bit plain) and the ridiculously overpowered end boss. At the end I really thought that maybe a progress bar would have been more appropriate than the boss health indicator lol. The rest was pretty good. 4/5 dwrTag

Great level! I loved the vulcan cannon. Only criticism is the end boss - I thought he just didn't fit with the feel of the wad. Aside from that, brilliant. 4/5

This wad is Very good among all the crap that you can see around these days. Creaphis you should stop reviewing for Doomworld and hide under a rock because obviously it's not your good side. Shame on you, go play Ruba's wads, you little funny guy. 5/5

A very enjoyable map with many cool traps and very nice looking detail, I enjoyed almost everything in this wad the imp room was kinda unecessary but none the less I give this a 5/5.

      Superb firework display of thousands of fireballs seeming in slow motion because of the vastness - mostly avoidable as they land where you were ages ago; but worth playing just to see it. A HUGE square surrounded by tiers with hundreds of imps and a few others, plus a blockhouse you can enter first to collect ammo.  Fighting through the hundreds of monsters when you get onto the tiers is another matter, overwhelming at UV. I cheated to finish so at least I could review.  Some HOM bugs.

      Insanity, with voodoo dolls (see second screenshot).  I get the idea of a shooting gallery if that rocks your boat, but 6000 monsters behind railings- as far as the eye can see, FFS! My PC crawled when I looked towards the invuln spheres (someone said 32 k of them and you can't avoid picking up thousands at a time). In the end I cheated with god mode and no-clipping, and waded in among the chaingunners until I got bored.

      Simple, clearly a first wad.  All on the flat with big, brightly lit, and architecturally implausible rooms. The first map has two rooms, the second map one, and the third map one plus a kind of exit lobby. You can do one of two things - just run past the monsters and finish (I did it in 35 seconds), or have a bit of fun killing the monsters first. No noticable bugs. I hope the author will go on (or went on) to greater things.
