Fantasy Of Shadowman Episode (FOSE)

Not amoung the worst of the worst, but yet another wad that misrepresents 2011. There's been too many of these released lately. I want some quality!, where has the quality control gone?

Six similar, flat, small and boring maps. Hope Shadowman celebrated his birthday with more fun.

Well, if using 199x standard, this shit is not bad but may feels boring. But for 2011, no, it's just a shitty wad, maybe better than shitty jokewads. Because you said this mapset is based on Shadowman's drawings but I feel you just ruined it's feeling at all, it's not fair to Shadowman's idea and those maps are not REALLY that bad actually, but I think it would be better, not just looks so flat and plays boring... :( 2/5 -playerlin

The maps are ludicrously bad, and so is the artwork and text screen. The music doesn't exactly fit doom and where the music is used doesn't make sense either. Because of the description and the text screen, this is more like one of those bad creepypastas than a doom wad.

I'd really like to say something positive about these maps, but I can't. They don't look nice, and they don't play well; there's much better ways to spend your time. Sorry. 1/5 for the effort. - ZZ

Okayish short levels that are fun to play for a while but suffer from too tiny rooms and sometimes there are barons in those small rooms without super shotgun even in secrets, also no radiation suit for small lava places. 3.5/5 - Optimus
