There's generally a "http://www.doomworld.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=33" in the address history list. If not, then "New Blog" and click on the link to the Blogs forum.
If I cant find it in the history list, typically I'll just type in some random username with a tilde in front of it and click the comments link (providing the user has made at least one blog)
