It's obviously open to change, but how's this for a basic layout? It is a mockup of my E1M1 replacement. I'll add height variation and some cover / a weapon or item of interest to the large outdoor area, as a big, flat, outdoor plane wouldn't be fun to fight in, I'm sure. I know adding connecting areas is important, so if I need more, I'll add them.

All MIDIs I have made for Ultimate Twango with my approximation of where they could go. As you can probably see, I intend the more sentimental-sounding stuff as later levels, which is why a lot of the hard rocking thrash shit is put in E1 and E3. Episode 2 is sparse, as is Episode 4. Just my little submission. E1M1 track is in @Dusty_Rhodes map!

 

This is for @OpenRift's eyes mostly, so he can choose if it's crap or good.

 

There are 10 map tracks and a title track. It's a bit much.

I have resized the image to be 320x200 (Vanilla compatible) - as you can see it is not legible, the original could be used as a specific Zdoom credits however, we will need to cram all those names into something much smaller.

I was actually planning on doing something similar to how I did in TWANGO1 (see the CREDITS lump in there for an example), to keep with the classic Doom style.

This kind of Times New Roman looking credits gives off more of a TeamTNT vibe. But don't worry, we'll get around to an homage to TNT's deathmatch WADs eventually ;)

Oh, you don't have to draw or anything, this is all using Doom Writer (writes stuff in Doom's menu/message fonts) and a texture I borrowed from the IWAD.

Two dumb questions:

 

1.) Do I provide my own midi of choice or you guys choose midis for the entire project?

2.) Can I use a different sky or you guys change that yourselves?

We're just winging right now for MIDIs, I think, so you can do your own for now.

 

And I also think that you can use a different sky but most of the levels so far just keep it the same.
