1337 Demos [-complevel 2]

Some random 1337.wad demos I did recently.

Map4 NMspeed in 0:08
exe: Chocolate Doom 1.3.0

exe: prboom-plus 2.5.0.7

Map28 UV -fast in 0:12
exe: Chocolate Doom 1.3.0

The reason why maps 5 and 13 were recorded on prboom+ instead of chocolate doom is because both maps crash on chocolate doom which is strange cause I remember playing this wad many years ago on Doom2.exe and Doom 95 and they work ok.

Not all that odd really. Doom2.exe tolerated some types of bugs that will cause a crash in ports if not fixed. Prboom+ fixes these bugs (internally - the wad is not altered) on the fly (occasionally causing desyncs), but Chocolate will not. The Prboom+ stdout.txt will give details of what was fixed.

That 1337.wad contains bugs of this nature is probably not too surprising.

Nice job on the UV Max!! Thissuxx.wad and 1337.wad are my favorite "so bad they're good" map sets.

Somehow I managed to screwup the previous demo, not sure what I did, but went and redid the demo and luckily got an improvement :-)

(I will edit the previous post, so it doesn't have a faulty demo/zip)
