    thank you @HAK3180 ok then since i didn't start map 07 yet i'll try to create what you asked for! but i can't assure you anything, i didn't try yet cause i feel it's really complicated to do it well, and many times when i see perfectly interconnected maps i wonder how do they do them, i guess i'll just need to try, i'll let you my friend. Thanks again as usual, i liked how you left the cyberdemon in there, it really helped you in the last encounter hahaahah

    nothing to say here m8! i really loved how you played the map, bfg secret was hard to find in fact you stumbled into it! I'm sad that you could "easily" skip the cyber cause that would have been a cool fight in the middle of the room haahahha but yea i've never seen you retracing for honor so i guess i'll take it as a compliment! Thanks a lot @HAK3180, i really appreciated it :) next map is almost done so let me know when you want to play it and i will send it to you! Have a nice day!

    that damn door in the first part! i hated it i am sorry for that hahahahah, already fixed :( By the way, yea this was my first attempt at a semi slaughter basically (except map 21 in Djinn if you remember that) so i really didn't know how to distribute resources, i kinda wanted to make it easy enough for anyone but it ended being too cheesy both for you and my brother (at least the second part ofc, the first one was pretty tough for both of you), but at least now i think i know why: too many resources when you get there so you have the possibility to kill the fatsoes and stay there like you did (even if this kind of arenas are made, i think, to entice and encourage the player to jump down into madness), so now i placed some high priorities monsters like you said, so that it will be harder to stay there, i even removed the ammo in the first spot so you won't be even able to kill the fatsoes, and i cut down an invulnerability. I also added pain elementals and a couple of roaming archies like you said, it is still pretty doable but more challenging i guess. PS: i really don't know why my maps weight that much, djinn was huge i think because of the huge amount of custom monsters, textures and some mp3 songs, but i must say that there is a huge difference, it was like 120 mb in 25 maps, in this case i didn't put any custom (except cracko), just a couple custom textures and no mp3s, so i really can't understand why, any idea? Thank you as usual for the advices, i will try to improve :) now it's about time to build map 05! @HAK3180

    hey @HAK3180 what's up with this post we need to up it!!! https://www.dropbox.com/s/nhs6u1u7f5ui5gz/Happy 0.4.2.wad?dl=1 this is map 04, it should be the episode closer, it starts as a slightly hard map and then it becomes sort of slaughter, maybe a lot of slaughter. Please note that my brother wanted to kill me (mostly for the first part though) after playing it so please don't hate me. It is my first attempt at such a style (the second part i mean)so please be nice ! Also in the first part there's a reference to a plutonia map, if you guess it right i'll give you a prize (still have to think about what though ahhaah) have (not) fun!

    Sorry @HAK3180 about the issues on this map, as usual there's some stuff that didn't work out as i wanted, for example the door behind the red room should have opened from behind, i don't really know why that happened... Also the bars glitch, i will polish this map a lot cause it seems like it needs it :( oh i will also place something to help you understand that you need to get the lift down. I didn't really like how it worked out in general to be sincere, sorry for that m8

    @HAK3180 thanks a lot for taking the effort of playing this map, i saw big differences between what happened in your gameplay and my brother's, i will definetely need to fix many things. Textures will be the last thing to fix, first of all i will add the 2nd ssg in the cacodemon part as well, second i will put a lift near the yellow key so that it won't create that scratch like progression, i felt guilty when you where wondering for so much time. I don't really think it's your fault, i mean if there's one thing that you taught me when you played my maps is that not everything is obvious and that if someone gets stuck it means something is wrong with the map. Lastly:yes i tried to recreate a city lke situation taking a lot of inspiration cause that's the best city like map ever as we both know :), i think it would be impossible to make a "city" map with no resemblances. This said, i really enjoyed your gameplay, i'm just sorry that it could have been more smooth, i still have some Djinn nonsense progression in my mind and it's hard to get rid of them ahahahaha thanks again! Next map will be much easier i guess :)

    HEY @HAK3180 Here is the second map (not in terms of progression i guess) that i made for the new set. (map02 in the wad for now) Some stuff to say about it: 1) i took one of the sectors that i've added in my odyssey of noises "remake", so since you alread played it you will remember it, sorry for that 2) it's an hard map and i don't know if it's well balanced, both me and my brother completed uvmax but dying a lot of fucking times so yea it may be frustrating please don't hate me :( https://www.dropbox.com/s/uz89o37gkb16uw1/happy0.2.wad?dl=1 thank you in advance :)

    thank you dear hak i really appreciate your thoughts as usual! I think i will remove the hidden flag on that area cause with dim light it may frustrate a bit the player, i mean it's not that clear that you need to go through the bloodfall, especially when you can't see the bloodfall at all! Final area is a little too obvious with the switches i guess, but i am not sure on how to improve it. Yes i am working on a new project, i will have less time than before so it will take more, it will have that creepiness of Djinn (ofc that's my "style" i guess) but i will go on a more conventional way as you noticed, with no custom monsters or maybe just a few (crackodemon anyone? i love it i would never cut it). I am not sure if this will be the first map as it would be maybe too hard for a starter, what do you think? Anyways, i am working on map2, it is big and it is open, when it'll be ready i'll surely tell you, thanks a lot!

    Mystical Cave - Speedmap for 5 hours!

    just played it. Nice map overall 18.40 minutes to end it, 1 secret out of 2. Nice survival at the beginning, i needed to punch 1st arch on the elevator cause i don't like to change lighting and i play as it is meant so i didn't see the saw at first glance. Then with the chainsaw everything worked fine. Please make that the door with the plasma secret stays open (at least from behind) cause if monsters follow you (and that was my case since i had no ammo to kill elemental plus caco) they go straight under the crusher basically stopping the door from opening, that way you are stuck until mons die. Light was the worst part, it didn't give that creepy feeling, it just ruined my progression since i couldn't see skull door and thought i was stuck before the plasma gun (in the outside room with candelabras pre chaingunners) and i couldn't figure out where to go after the key switch cause i couldnt see the rocket launcher passageway. Final area was too easy. Considering the amount of time spent to build it it was a pretty good map, nice layout and nice survival, i always like to punch archies. Thanks for sharing :)

    hey @HAK3180 i was just thinking about creating a new set these days so i made one map, no custom monsters, no strange progression, no Djinn. Just a stupid map i made, please note that i still don't know if to go on and that this is just a random map made for fun. Hello guys, Zolgia from Djinn here, a friend is trying to play my wad with Brutal Doom RC9 last version + Ultimate Doom Visor i already tested the wad itself with brutal last version but it never gave me the same problem, removing the visor doesn't change anything. Here is a screen I don't really know what it can be and surely not how to fix it... have you got any clue? Thanks in advance!
