Quite a fun level that doesn't try hard to be realistic or artistic, thus doesn't conform to a cookie-cutter expectation. -
-
Just a set of four highly experimental levels. They include mandatory flying and easy exits. The texturing is awful. -
-
Instant exit: use the wings, fly to the teleporter up, teleport back again, and there's a hidden passage that leads into the exit. -
-
Quite a challenging city-type level. Very dark and full of knight ghosts, so you have to use the torch wisely and be very careful. -

The level is not very challenging, but makes good use of pitch black mazes where you have to use the torch. This is how underground unlit tunnels should be: pitch dark. -
A slaughtermap. The way to win it is to open the door behind you and use one of the teleporters to move you into the arena without releasing the maulotaurs. You can then ignore the maulotaurs if you wish. -

A bit too many fetch quests, not very difficult, and it's very easy to miss important clues, making you wander a lot. -

A pretty hectic E3M8 replacement, with quite a big fight before the final showdown. Fighting D'sparil himself is a bit easier though, since it's divided in two rooms and you can easily clear all disciples before facing D'sparil. -

This starts as a 2D/orthogonal Wolf3D-style confrontation, and then you're supposed to find unmarked secrets to get out. After that there's a lengthy fetch quest outside to complete it. -
Yay, first Heretic PWAD level that's well detailed and even has mapping tricks (something already seen in other Dr Sleep's maps). The level is also highly non-linear and with optional areas, but overall it's worth playing -
Not a bad idea: a large open map where you have to mind the bosses while you look for clues. Kinda like a Scooby Doo adventure. However the flow is not very good: hidden, unmarked secrets are needed to progress (initially I thought I needed the wings) and some locked doors aren't even needed. -
Some nice flow, with mandatory (but easy) secrets and flying (fortunately it's easy to know where to go). The texturing is poor but the challenge satisfaction is good.
