Here is the games i'm waiting for :

 

STALKER 2 : Heart of Chornobyl.

The next opus of METRO, by 4A games.

The next game by ID Software, a remake of QUAKE or another DOOM should be perfect.

GLOOMWOOD, an immersive sim.

AMNESIA: THE BUNKER, horror, survival game.

 

 

That's all for the moment but i'm also waiting for good surprises.

The new Armored Core, and that’s about it as far as “games” go.

 

I’m looking forward to Elden Ring’s DLC and Dusk’s HD makeover.

 

I’d say an eventual Steam release of Darkest Dungeon 2 would be awesome, but I didn’t keep up with it at all so I was real surprised when it suddenly snuck onto my Steam page.

 

Edit: Oh crap, I totally forgot to mention Brigador Killers, the first one was nearly perfect to me.

Armored Core 6 ? What a good surprise, i never play this franchise but i liked the campaign of Titanfall 2 with mechas, so thanks i will watch for this game, why not. But i am not a fan of From software's games especially the Dark Souls series.

Aside from seeing Silent Hill in 2023 graphical quality, I'm also looking forward to playing a game without shelling out money for the hideous HD Collection or buying a PS2 and hard copy. Wish the same could happen to Metal Gear :(

Like the remaster of The Witcher 3, full of graphic bugs. I don't care about this remaster, the original game is still beautiful when you are using ReShade.

I'm waiting for Nova the Squirrel 2 to come out. It seems like it's going to be one big game for the system and it's even open-source right now(though GPL).

 

I'm also waiting for Unnamed SNES Game. There is a tech demo in the thread I linked.

Yes. Assassin's Creed 2 is a great game, it is my favorite of the franchise. I planned to make another run with those mods which improves graphics and reduces clipping :

Just a To the Moon Beach Episode, a game in a series that I think has GREAT storytelling.

Earthblade, a metroid-vania being made by the same team behind Celeste.

As for games that I wish would get announced, I think we're long overdue for another Twisted Metal.

I also forgot Judas, the next game of Ken Levine, i'm not sure that it will be a good FPS or a good Bioshock like but he intrigues me. Wait and see.

Eiyuden Chronicles, the only RPG that I'm interested in but I am very interested in it.

 

Blasphemous II I'm mildly hyped for after finally playing the first one and being pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

 

Warhammer 40k Boltgun which is out in a few days.

 

After playing the demo, Selaco, I really want to play more of that.

Silent Hill 2 remake, albeit cautiously, it'd be very easy for them to fuck it up but if they pull it off, will be a great use for my PS5 and new TV set up.

Immortals Of Aveum is the big one for me, I've been itching for a magic shooter and there's only so much Raven can do to satiate me. I unfortunately have to get it on console cuz my desktop CPU is well below the minimum required, which sucks.

 

Trepang2 is gonna be a blast, I played a the demo a couple years ago and loved it.

 

I'm also looking forward to ENA: Dream BBQ, I love the series on YouTube and I'm excited to see how it translates into a game.

 

I was never a big fan of Hypnospace Outlaw but I'm really excited for the spinoff Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengeance Of The Slayer. Another one of those retro shooters, I played the demo at Steam Next Fest around the same time as Trepang2 and of the two I think Slayers X was more fun. Can't wait for that to come out.
