I just read through the now closed Hardcore_gamer thread, and i'm left more confused than ever. The article he linked suggested there is a major problem for free speech on the internet, through very terrible law proposals form the EU. But yet everyone seems pretty chill and confident. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

One little personal announcement: I've passed my CPE exam that I made a status update about many moons ago. So my English level as of now is C2.

219/230 points = Grade B, also one goddamn point short of an A.

I didn't get the real badass official CERTIFICATE yet, though. I'm not sure when am I supposed to get it.

I was in English class (second language) and we were in the computer lab. I started to mess around in Doomworld instead of actually working, and the teacher eventually asked me what I was doing, to which I replied: "I'm visiting some videogame forums... But look! Everything is in English! :D". After hearing that, she said it was ok then.

The only bug I'm currently aware of is that the chainsaw jumps about on ZDoom-based ports.

Can you fix the fact that some member lost their custom title because they have reached a new forum rank?(Ones i know have lost theirs: Job, AndrewB, arobase)(i have reported this in the forum bug thread)

Been trying to think of how to improve the layout of this fight. One "square" represents a 128x128 playspace, the black blocks are solid walls, and the red blocks are lava (5/10% damage). The original version is at the top, while a variety of permutations are below. The original layout works fine, but it doesn't stop the player from circle strafing the entire time, even when enemies emerge from the outside. The general gist of the fight is that the player fights imps and HKs once they enter the room, then two viles emerge from the middle, then a swarm of imps come out from some closets along the walls. Will have to sleep on this one and contemplate it with a clear head.

Amazing bit of English language knowledge discovered during preparations for my exam: "Incidentally" = "By the way".

Vocabulary broadened by 20%.

Incidentally, before learning the word's actual meaning, I would always mix it up with "coincidentally", which has a completely different meaning.
