This is why one should always test their MIDIs in DOSBox if they're aiming for vanilla-compatibility. but the midi works without problem as no one is beyond the limit :/ And the crash has nothing to do with the midi, its searching for a graphic, in this case the minus symbol on the status bar, and i didn't even touch it or replace it, so as it is a vanilla pwad, with no replacement aside from TITLEPIC, ENDPIC, and INTERPIC, and the CWILV patches, it shouldn't be breaking :/ Thats why i'm asking for help. 1 Share this post Link to post

I might use this for the BVWP if it's alright with you, everything works perfectly now. You could just include "DMONMIDI.wad" in your existing midi pack, maybe even rename it to DMONMUS.wad, just so vanilla players can enjoy it. Just dragged all the MIDIs out of the wad, and placed them one-by-one on Midi3Mus, once each one was converted slapped them back into the wad, and all seemed to work well. 99% of the time MIDI files do work in vanilla, but once in a blue moon something causes trouble.. 1 Share this post Link to post
