That sucks. I'm not allergic to poison ivy; I've seen others deal with it but never had to deal with it myself. The extent of my experiences with it basically come down to being asked to kill it, nervously not touching anything, even myself, and feverishly washing my hands in hopes of not spreading it. Kinda weird feeling knowing something not harmful to you, but very harmful to others (and invisible/undetectable) is "on" you... though of course I'm thankful to have that problem, as it looks very unpleasant. Some nasty stuff there; I hope you heal quickly (and don't spread it, hehe).

Just do it. I didn't when a brilliant opportunity was offered to me and I regret it most days of my life, so just do it - no regrets!

We get one life, my friend.  Change can be great!  Worst case scenario is that it doesn't work out as you hoped...but the good news there is that you can always just change things up again since you've done that before.  Make the leap, man.
