    Imagine the feeling of an immense, pulsating headache or migraine, only it's in your sides/back, and lasts for a while unless you have medicine. There's also the feeling of dozens of needles poking you, forcing you to move around when it actually makes the pain worse, but NO position is comfortable to rest in for even a minute. The whole experience makes it hard to breathe and you have no clue what caused all this half the time it happens.

     

    Yeah, that's what a Sickle Cell crisis is like. Fuck this shit ;_;

    For the first time ever, I got to to see someone play my maps. Crike666 played Confinement 256 on Twitch.

     

    This person died a lot, even in the earliest levels! I felt kinda bad watching it, but then again it was on UV. They used god mode in Barrel Mines (understandable), and they finally gave up altogether on Chainsaw Cage only because they never even tried using monster infighting to beat it. :/

     

    The player fared a lot better in the community maps, but they gave up even earlier there in Open Canyon, simply because they ran out of all the shotgun shells they would've saved if they used the regular shotgun instead.

     

    Didn't even change to another skill level...

     

    Oh well, live and learn I guess. :P

    Today I learned that Doom and Quake both have a monster who raises their arms to unleash an attack you have to hide from... I need to play Quake more...

      They both have a similar fear about them too. The arch vile can undo all your hard work, whereas the shambler is an absolute tank and can do so much damage.
